Fosfomycin typically starts relieving UTI symptoms within 2 to 3 days after taking a single dose. Most uncomplicated UTIs are cleared within this timeframe, but it may take up to a week for all symptoms to resolve completely. If symptoms persist beyond 3 days, consult your healthcare provider.
