While using Lotemax, avoid touching the tip of the dropper to any surface, including your eye, to prevent contamination. Do not wear contact lenses while using the medication unless your doctor tells you it is safe. Also, avoid using Lotemax for longer than prescribed, as it may increase the risk of side effects.
