Tyrvaya (varenicline solution) nasal spray has demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in tear production for patients with dry eye disease. In clinical trials, about 52% of patients treated with Tyrvaya achieved a clinically meaningful increase in tear production, compared to 14% with placebo after four weeks of use.
