The 3-monthly injection for schizophrenia is called paliperidone palmitate (brand name: Invega Trinza or Trevicta). It is a long-acting antipsychotic medication given every three months to help manage symptoms of schizophrenia and improve medication adherence. This injection is usually given after the patient has been stabilized on the monthly version.
