You should not use Edarbi if you have a known allergy to it or any of its inactive ingredients, are allergic to other ARBs such as valsartan or olmesartan, are pregnant, or are taking aliskiren (Tekturna) and have diabetes. Avoiding contraindicated use helps prevent serious adverse reactions.
