Vetmedin is ideally given every 12 hours to maintain consistent levels in the body, but it does not have to be given at exactly the same time each day. A window of 1–2 hours on either side is generally acceptable; however, try to give it as close to 12 hours apart as possible for best results. Always follow your veterinarian’s specific instructions.
