Adults and children over 12 years old can usually take two Imodium Instant Melts (4 mg) initially, followed by one tablet (2 mg) after each loose stool, up to a maximum of 6 tablets (12 mg) in 24 hours. Do not exceed the recommended dose, and always follow the instructions on the packaging or your doctor’s advice.
