People with angle-closure glaucoma, corneal problems, hypersensitivity to dorzolamide HCl, any inactive ingredients, or sulphonamides (sulfa allergy) should not use trusopt pf. Avoiding use in these cases prevents dangerous health risks and allergic reactions.
