Veozah (fezolinetant) may cause liver problems, so liver function should be monitored before and during treatment. Common side effects include abdominal pain, diarrhea, insomnia, and back pain. Do not use Veozah if you have known severe liver impairment or are taking certain medications that affect liver enzymes.
