When taking Qelbree, avoid drinking alcohol, as it can increase the risk of side effects like drowsiness. Also, do not take Qelbree with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within 14 days of stopping an MAOI, due to the risk of serious drug interactions.
