The negative side effects of Tymlos (abaloparatide) can include dizziness, nausea, headache, fatigue, palpitations, and increased calcium levels in the blood or urine. Some people may also experience injection site reactions such as redness, pain, or swelling. Serious side effects are rare but may include an increased risk of bone cancer (osteosarcoma).
