Abaloparatide can increase the risk of high calcium levels in the blood (hypercalcemia) and may cause side effects such as dizziness, nausea, headache, and injection site reactions. There is also a potential risk of developing osteosarcoma (a rare bone cancer), so it is generally not recommended for patients at increased risk for this condition. Always consult your doctor before starting abaloparatide.
