Do not take Synthroid (levothyroxine) with food, calcium, iron supplements, or antacids, as these can reduce its absorption. Avoid suddenly stopping the medication or changing the dose without your doctor's advice. Also, do not take Synthroid at the same time as other medications unless directed by your healthcare provider.
