Rocklatan should not be used by individuals who are allergic to netarsudil, latanoprost, or any of the other ingredients in the medication. It is also not recommended for use in children or in patients with certain eye conditions unless directed by a doctor. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting Rocklatan.
