For children age 10 and older, the available dosages for Repatha are as follows: For HoFH (homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia), the starting dose is 420 mg once monthly, which may be increased to 420 mg every two weeks after 12 weeks if needed. For HeFH (heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia), the dose is 140 mg every two weeks or 420 mg once monthly.
