After opening the tray and writing the date on the inhaler, check the dose counter (should show 30), slide down the cover to reveal the mouthpiece (the counter should decrease by one), exhale away from the inhaler, inhale deeply through the mouthpiece, hold your breath for 3–4 seconds, exhale gently, and always rinse and spit out water after use. Do not take another dose even if you don’t taste or feel the medication, and never wash the inhaler in water. Proper technique ensures the medication works effectively and reduces the risk of side effects such as oral thrush.
