Yes, if you are using the Combipatch alone, apply one patch on your lower abdomen and change it every three to four days. If you are using it in combination with an estradiol-only patch like Climara, you will use the estradiol-only patch for days 1-14 and the Combipatch for days 15-28, changing the patch every three to four days.
