Most women who are going to conceive with Clomid will do so within three to six cycles of treatment. About 80% of women ovulate with Clomid, and approximately 30-40% become pregnant within six cycles. If pregnancy does not occur after six cycles, further evaluation or alternative treatments may be recommended.
