Avoid taking it with other ED medications, antibiotics (like clarithromycin or erythromycin), antifungals (fluconazole, itraconazole, ketoconazole), antiviral medications, grapefruit juice, nitrate medications, high blood pressure medications, seizure medications, and alpha blockers. Avoiding these combinations minimizes the risk of severe side effects or reduced effectiveness.
